If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

As a dropshipping reseller, we do not offer order cancellation or product return services. When customers make a purchase through our platform, they do so at their own discretion and risk. We strive to provide quality products, but please be aware that all sales are final.

We do not have a return policy, and we are unable to accept returns or cancellations of orders. Our role is to facilitate the purchase and delivery of products, and once an order is placed, it is considered a final sale.

Returning Goods

If you do need to return a product, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

To return a product, please contact us at astronaut4078@gmail.com and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Please include the return authorization number on the outside of your package when you ship it back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it is damaged or defective. If the product is damaged or defective, we will issue you a full refund. If the product is not damaged or defective, we will not issue a refund.

Gifts:

If goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver.
